Bernadette Dennis OAM announced as Chair of the 91¾«Æ· Foundation

91¾«Æ· FCJ College, College Council Chair Robert MacIsaac, together with the College Principal Loretta Wholley, are pleased to announce the appointment of Bernadette Dennis as Chair of the 91¾«Æ· Foundation.

Ms Dennis is a highly respected business and community leader with extensive experience in global hospitality, marketing and governance. She is the Director of BD Concepts Pty Ltd, following a distinguished 25-year career with Marriott International. Her senior roles included Vice President, Asia Pacific for Marriott’s Global Sales Organisation in Sydney and later in the Marriott Asia Pacific Regional Office in Hong Kong. Prior to her executive career, Ms Dennis worked for a decade in the United States after completing studies in Hospitality Management at Florida International University.

Since returning to Australia, Ms Dennis has led a range of consulting and leadership projects, including work with the Empire Hotel & Country Club in Brunei and serving as Managing Director of HSMAI Asia Pacific until 2015. She has also contributed significantly to charitable and not-for-profit organisations, including more than fifteen years of service with St Joseph’s Outreach Services.

Ms Dennis currently holds several board and advisory roles, including , The Friends of , and the Marriott Vacations Worldwide Asia Pacific Advisory Committee. She is also active in TIME, an organisation supporting future leaders in travel, tourism and hospitality.

In 2022, Ms Dennis was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for her service to the community.
